The service

moxiette provides AI-powered bots that generate program management artifacts (roadmaps, plans, status reports, etc.) based on user input. The service is currently free to use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit confidential or proprietary content you don't have rights to
• Attempt to abuse, attack, or reverse-engineer the service
• Resell access to the service without permission
• Use the service for spamming, scraping, or any automated abuse

AI-generated content

Outputs from moxiette bots are generated by AI models. They may contain errors, hallucinations, or content that doesn't match your specific needs. Always review bot outputs before using them in business decisions, communications, or regulated contexts.

You retain ownership of your input content and the outputs you generate. You are responsible for how you use those outputs.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy of outputs, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

moxiette is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to $0 (since the service is free).

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
